IOP Service

What is an Intensive Outpatient Program?

An intensive outpatient program (IOP) is an option that allows our clients to receive treatment with us several times a week for their substance use disorder. Clients can return to their own home or a sober living facility. In our IOP, every aspect of your addiction treatment is an important part of helping you succeed in recovery. Treatment plans are customized to fit each individual needs

IOP Curriculum

To help you get the most out of your time here, your plan will include a combination of counseling, group therapy, and skill building. These tenets of our IOP are found in all areas of your treatment, including family therapy and education, focused individual and group therapies, and aftercare planning.

Our personalized counseling services are crucial for educating and empowering you in your addiction recovery journey. IOP at New Day Recovery Center will involve a few types of counseling — individual, group, and family — that help ready you for life outside rehab. These focused therapies will help you understand the roots of your addiction, establish healthy communication, and mend the relationship you have with yourself and others.
