Adding Funds

About Our Store Portal

New Day Recovery Center uses the Store4Schools Family Portal to safely and securely manage client store accounts. Using this portal helps us maintain accurate records, increase accountability, and provide clients with a convenient way to purchase hygiene items, snacks, and other approved essentials during their stay.

Adding Funds Via Portal

 1. Access the Portal

Go to your program’s custom Store Portal URL:
newdaycenter.store4schools.com/portal


2. Create or Log Into Your Account

  • Already have an account? Click Sign In.
  • New user? Click Create Account and select Family.

Enter your name, email address, and password, then click Verify to confirm your information.


3. Connect to Your Client

  1. Click the Family icon. 
  2. Click Add Client.
  3. Enter the client’s:
    • First Name 
    • Last Name
    • Client ID (last 4 digits of their Social Security Number)
       

If the information matches, their name will show up in blue.
You may add multiple clients before clicking Register to complete setup.


4. Add Funds

  1. Log into the Family Portal.
  2. Select the client you wish to add funds for. 
  3. Find the option labeled Add Credit, Deposit Funds, or Account Balance (label may vary).
  4. Enter the amount you want to deposit.
  5. Choose a payment method (credit/debit card, ACH, etc.).
  6. Confirm your payment.
     

Alternate Ways to Add Funds

 In addition to using the online portal, families may also add funds by:

  • Calling the Center to add money over the phone
  • Dropping Off Cash or Card Payments In-Person.
